THE broken pot
2. The Broken Pot
An old woman carried water every day using two pots—one perfect and the other cracked. The cracked pot felt sad, knowing it wasted water. One day, the woman told the cracked pot, “Look at the flowers on your side of the path; the water you lost nourished them. You may not be perfect, but you bring beauty to the world.”
